Missouri Coalition for Quality Care honors Vivian Roller family

The Missouri Coalition for Quality Care (MCQC) held their annual awards ceremony on November 6, 2004. MCQC is a not-for -profit organization that advocates for the proper care and protection of Missourians who are elderly or disabled and are receiving long-term care in Missouri.

In 2003, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported over 6,000 calls, regarding long-term facility complaints, to the Central Registry Unit or Elderly Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Hotline. The awards recognize recipients who are committed to and who have dedicated their time toward quality care in long-tern facilities.
